To create this impressive three-storey apartment we linked two Grade II listed Regency properties and added a further storey within a mansard roof. Classical room proportions, retained or reinstated along with architectural features such as cornices, fireplaces and architraves, are enhanced by the vista across the double width of the carefully detailed apartment. The simple palette of grey carpets, white walls and walnut is lifted by the use of marble. On the new fifth floor, the simple, modern lines of the master suite embrace a roof terrace and shower room that can be opened to the air.
