St John Street II : Penthouse apartment

This rooftop apartment in St John Street was a conversion from part of a former factory. The design uses a series of objects and planes that fold through the space to divide and differentiate the various elements of the plan. Walnut veneered doors are designed as a series of panels that sit in front of the bedrooms and living areas. Within the main spaces, visual elements such as a leather-clad chimney, a central door, and a stairway to the mezzanine sub-divide the different areas.
