Burwell were awarded the contract to develop detailed design information for this high street housing project.
The consented planning scheme, inherited from Piercy & Company, will replace an existing residential building and shops on Haverstock Hill. The new building will have a white brick façade with attractive curved corners and will contain 29 units and one large retail unit at the ground floor.
Burwell Architects have worked the detail design of the planning scheme to ensure London Plan compliance for the spatial arrangement of the apartments and have developed the sustainability and energy specification of the building. Through detailed BIM modelling we have worked closely with the engineering team to ensure a high-quality building that meets all regulations. The project is now one site and due for completion in 2022.
