Located at the ground floor of a new build residential block, adjacent to the Burwell's own studio, this workplace refurbishment has delivered an open plan workspace, with bespoke steel and plywood desks, in keeping with Lonelyleap’s passion for authenticity.

Working with our creative client, we developed a cost-conscious project that did not compromise on quality. Delivering a bespoke fit-out for less than £650 per sqm, the main workspace is supported by meeting rooms, editing suites and a central kitchen that forms the social heart of the company. Sculptural planes demarcate informal meeting areas, contributing to a restrained industrial aesthetic enhanced by sections of exposed concrete. This allowed the client the freedom to personalise the space with their own eclectic collection of loose furniture.
