The project sees the completion of cutting edge new laboratory facilities and offices for the UCL Biosciences Cell and Development Biology (CBD) Head of Research Department (HoRD). The project has required the review and rationalisation of the existing accommodation, and the development of detailed proposals for the retrofit of the space to meet contemporary technical specifications, with MEP services that will future proof the facility. The new accommodation provides a significant contemporary research asset for UCL Faculty of Life Sciences.
