We are proud to announce that our student hub for Exeter and Falmouth Universities has received a RIBA Regional Award.
The Tremough Campus in Penryn is shared and jointly managed by Falmouth University and the University of Exeter in an arrangement that is unique in the UK. Falmouth University is a leading creative arts institution whilst the University of Exeter is a member of the research-intensive Russell Group. The new Exchange buildings creates student service accommodation, study areas, varied learning environments and shared social space for both of these organisations, in abuilding that is both beautiful and functional.
Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in Bristol earlier this month.
These are learning spaces at their best, allowing formal, quiet learning alongside social, group activities and no corner is left without offering space to be occupied.
